Contour Crayon
$25.00

The next step that Shades of Hue uses in their basic makeovers is contouring. They feel that this is the step that most people skip, but it is the most important for bringing out your personal bone structure. The tool they use is a contour crayon, which looks like a lipstick, with a non-greasy consistency and goes on effortlessly. First find your cheekbone and draw a brown line with the stick on the underside of the cheekbone. With the thumb, bend it along the cheekbone, in an upward stroke. Then define the eyebone, just above the crease, draw a brown line and push the bone back. It can also be used on the sides of the nose, to thin out a more broad nose. In addition, it could be used along the jawbone, chin and even cleavage. Remember...dark recedes!!!

Lip Fix
$18.00

Allows Shades of Hue to correct an uneven mouth, it smoothes out the fine lines making it easier to line the lips. Its powdery consistency adheres to lipstick creating a longer lasting wear.

Mineral Pigments
$40.00 - $60.00

Shades of Hue uses mineral pigments for the clients that are on the go. It takes only moments to achieve a flawless finish, using a Kabuki Buffer and a small shadow brush. This product should not be compared to powder, although it goes on the skin in the form of powder. Mineral pigments can be mixed with your favorite eye oil or cream to make a concealer of any consistency.

Plastic Surgeons recommend this for their post-operative foundation, because of the first ingredient being applied is titanium dioxide. This protects your sensitive skin from the sun. The second ingredient, a natural antiseptic, promotes healing even when covering a blemish. The next two ingredients are grounded mineral pigments that are found in all foundations and concealers.

Shades of Hue could not stress enough the importance of the foundations concentration. Most foundations have more than 25 ingredients, but with only 4 in mineral pigments, it should last 2 to 3 times longer than other leading foundations.
